The idea is beyond simple, but the results will be amazing!
Here how it works:
1. You decide if you want to lose weight or just make a commitment to get more exercise in 2016.
2. Tie a monetary amount to each pound or inch lost or decide to donate x amount of hours to volunteer in your community for x amount of hours spent exercising.
3. Make a commitment to yourself and then do the work... exercise and eat better.
4. When the weight/inches are lost or at the end of the year when you tally up your hours exercising, donate to your favorite charity. Any charity is great... Just give!!!
