I wanted to share with you something I'm calling intentional exercising. At the beginning of the week, I'm going through my gym's class schedule and picking classes I'd like to take and that work with my schedule. I'm then putting those classes or times at the gym in my phone's calendar... I'm scheduling them just like an important meeting. It's amazing how much you'll want to stick to your 'schedule.' Without doing this, I'll find myself with no plan, and I'll end up talking myself out of going. Between scheduling my workouts and planning my meals for the week in advance, this is really working for me. Give it a try and see if it works for you!
